LEATHER FOR CONTRACT

Specializing in the sale of leather and wholesale leathers, we at Lealpell had to also inevitably include leather for contract in our collection, i.e. major “turnkey” projects. For non-professionals, the term “contract” is still quite hazy; actually, with this expression we mean a very simple concept: a contract service, in fact, is provided by companies that are committed to providing their customers with everything they need to characterize the environments of an activity, from a bar to a hotel or a multipurpose centre.

Producing leather for contract therefore means helping to meet the demands that come from this sector, a constantly growing market that must satisfy an increasingly large and demanding clientele. If a company offers a contract service, then, they are required to propose a project (for example, furniture) with 360 degrees, versatility is therefore a fundamental aspect that distinguishes the world of contract and as a result, even the leathers dedicated to this market sector must be characterized by maximum flexibility.

The contract leathers that we offer, on the one hand, meet the highest safety standards (such as fire resistance, with leathers that exceed the CRIB5, BS5852 PART 1, IMO 8/5 protocols) and on the other hand, are highly performing with regard to aspects such as friction resistance, sunlight, corrosive chemicals or drinks that can easily stain the leather. Finally, there is also the aesthetic aspect: the leathers already available in the collection and can in fact be customized according to the customer’s needs, for example with prints, embroidery, lasers or silkscreens.
